| I have always been interested in art from a very early age, probably inspired by my mother who was an illustrator and graphic designer. While studying for my BTEC National Diploma I thoroughly enjoyed creating texture in all forms of media and went on to study textile design at degree level. I then went on to design fabric for Europe and the USA. I then changed career and managed several art galleries in the Nottingham area where I became familiar with a lot of contemporary artwork by leading artists and this inspired me to go back to painting and design. |  |
